A healthy start to the day.

This is part of my goals for 2013.
I need to eat better, and if I’m honest, so do my children.

This recipe makes enough for one adult drink (in a milkshake glass, of course!) And two child sized drinks – they have also had 2-3 wheatbix at this point.

Ingredients
1 large banana.
4 scoops set in the tub no fast greek yoghurt.
1/2 cup heaped with frozen berries.
1 teaspoon honey.
1 cup milk.

method:
Chuck it all in a blender until… Blended well.

Enjoy!

If you have left overs, freeze them in either ice cube trays to add to milk for smoothies on the go or in the ice cream makers things from tupperware and enjoy a nice, healthy, cold treat!
